Pete Savage
Pete has been in the IT industry for almost 40 years. Starting as a mainframe operator, through programming and then Testing for the best part of 25 years.
Pete has lead large programmes of work, lead consultancy teams and is currently an independent contractor.
Pete believes testing is a specialised discipline which has never had much love from customers or their delivery teams. In every programme Pete has insisted on testers being more involved and without exception, the programmes and teams have been delighted and often attribute the success of the projects to the testing team.
Pete, more recently, founded Resourcefully.io which supports IT contractors providing partnerships, support and advice (which is much needed in the current market). The platform also enables organisations to find the talent they need directly, saving time and money.
