No ticket refund

We are sorry, but we cannot offer refunds on tickets sold.

However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else.

There’s a link in booking confirmation email which allows you to update attendee information before the event. Please use that to transfer your ticket.

Please note that we will not be able to cater for dietary requirements if the tickets has been swapped less than 3 weeks before the conference.
